Lemo-Opuscar: 43 General Styles, 98 Film Aesthetics, and 9 Selected Full Demos to Turn Claude Opus into a Filmmaker
Explore all 43 general styles and 98 cinematic visual aesthetics, and play 9 full demo shorts selected for this guide. Follow the author's Claude Opus 5.5 workflow step by step, from setup to first frame, storyboard, and final film.
If you want to turn your story into a 30-second short film, you can run Lemomo's open-source Lemo-Opuscar inside Claude Code. The Agent reads style rules and sample code, writes its own video project scripts, generates frame-by-frame artwork, composes background music, mixes audio, and delivers the finished film along with the entire project directory.
The project provides two entry points: a library of 43 general styles, each paired with rules and code-driven demo films (this guide highlights 9 complete, directly playable demo shorts across categories, though the repository contains many more); and Opuscar 98, which catalogs 98 cinematic style case studies with copyable visual prompts. All films were developed and tuned by the author around Claude Opus 5.5; results with other models are not guaranteed. This guide provides both complete catalogs and walks you through a hands-on project using No. 14 Welsh Valley Gouache. Browsing styles works well on mobile, but actual production should be run on a desktop computer.
First, take a look at the author's 6-minute, 31-second, entirely code-generated short film, Opuscar 98:
According to the author, Opus handled the music, visual art, and editing, while directing duties were split fifty-fifty between human and AI. When following along, your role is to review previews and decide whether the narrative and visuals meet your vision.
You provide the concept, select the aesthetic, and evaluate previews; the Agent writes the code and runs the toolchain. Starting with a short clip helps you quickly verify whether character designs, artistic execution, and motion work as intended.
Two Entry Points for Choosing Styles: 43 General Styles and 98 Film Aesthetics
Start by matching visual aesthetics to your content: an educational explainer pairs naturally with Whiteboard Explainer; a procedural walkthrough works well with Isometric Infographic; and an intimate, heartwarming narrative shines in Watercolor Brush or Welsh Valley Gouache. The project offers two distinct pathways:
- The 43 General Styles Library: Each style has its own folder, style rules (
STYLE.md), demo notes (DEMO.md), and sample source code. When instructing the Agent, specify the style name directly (for example: "Create a 30-second short film in Impasto Oil Painting style"). Use the samples to study artistic execution, but design your narrative and shot sequence from scratch. - The 98 Film Case Studies Catalog: Open the official OPUSCAR 98 Catalog Page, switch the language toggle at the top to English, locate your target film, expand its style prompt, and click the copy button. If you prefer Chinese, toggle to "中文". Copy the full artistic prompt (corresponding to
prompt_zh/prompt_enin the dataset) and send it to the Agent. Note: Copy only the artistic style prompt. Do not confuse the original film's shot list or its protagonist, Clawd, with your own storyline.

Getting Started: From Opening Your Terminal to Setting Up the Tools
Many beginners get stuck early on simply by conflating their operating system terminal with the Claude interactive chat session. Following these steps ensures a clean, reliable working environment:
1. Confirm Your Account and System Readiness
- Account Requirements: You need an account authorized for Claude Code (either a Claude subscription tier supporting Claude Code or an Anthropic Console developer account with active credit balance).
- Understanding Dependencies: The official Claude Code native binary is standalone and does not require Node.js; however, Lemo-Opuscar's multimedia backend (headless capture browser, voiceover synthesizer, and audio mixer) requires local installations of
Node 20+,Python 3.11+(or uv), and ffmpeg. If these tools are not yet installed on your system, do not worry—we provide an automated diagnostic prompt below to let the Agent handle configuration.
2. Open Your System Terminal
- Mac Users: Press the keyboard shortcut
Command + Spaceto summon Spotlight, typeTerminal, and press Return. - Windows Users: The project relies heavily on Bash automation (such as
setup.shandmux.sh). We strongly advise using the WSL2 (Ubuntu) workflow. Run all commands inside the WSL terminal rather than attempting to execute Linux Bash scripts inside native PowerShell.
3. Install and Verify Claude Code
Paste the official native installer command into your system terminal and hit Return (skip this step if you have already installed it):
curl -fsSL https://claude.ai/install.sh | bash
Once installed, open a fresh terminal window and run this verification command:
claude --version
Ensure you see version output matching 2.1.x (Claude Code) before proceeding. If the terminal outputs "command not found", close the terminal and reopen it.
Next, execute claude and complete the web-based authentication flow as prompted in your browser.
4. Install the Lemo-Opuscar Plugin (Run in System Terminal)
This is where many new users stumble: the two plugin installation commands must be executed in your system terminal, never pasted as natural language chat into Claude Code!
If you launched claude earlier, type /exit to exit to your standard shell prompt, then paste and run:
claude plugin marketplace add lemomo-ai/lemo-opuscar
claude plugin install lemo-opuscar@lemolab
These two commands register the marketplace source and install the Lemo-Opuscar skill. Proceed once you see confirmation; if errors occur, consult the troubleshooting section below. On your first video run, the toolchain will automatically initialize a shared directory at ~/lemo-opuscar in your user home folder to cache shared rules and rendering utilities.
5. Create a Dedicated Project Directory and Launch
To keep generated code, posters, and video assets neatly organized, avoid working directly in your user root or an unorganized Downloads folder. Create a dedicated workspace with an English path and launch Claude:
mkdir -p ~/Movies/lemo-first-film
cd ~/Movies/lemo-first-film
claude
Once Claude Code displays its welcome screen, active model name, and working directory, you are inside the Agent session. From this point forward, submit prompts to the Agent rather than running them as shell commands.
Type /model inside the Claude Code session and select Opus 5.5 from the models available to your account. Note that the default model may vary depending on account tier, organization policies, or cloud provider routing. If Opus 5.5 does not appear in the menu, verify your subscription tier, corporate model access, or platform provider availability. The entire style suite was tuned against Opus 5.5; other models cannot guarantee visual fidelity, so rendering a single check frame first is essential. For details, see Claude Code Model Configuration.
6. Environment Health Check: Bilingual Diagnostic Template
If you are unsure whether Node 20+, Python 3.11+, and ffmpeg are installed and configured properly, send the following diagnostic request directly to Claude Code. The Agent will inspect your environment and output precise platform-specific setup commands, saving you from guessing:

你好!我准备使用 lemo-opuscar 制作短片。请先不要开始写剧本,帮我检查当前系统的制片底层依赖:
1. 检查 Node.js 版本是否达到 20+,并检查 Git 是否可用;
2. 检查 Python 版本是否达到 3.11+(或是否安装了 uv);

Hi! I am preparing to produce a short film using lemo-opuscar. Before writing any script, please check my system dependencies for the media pipeline:
1. Verify Node.js is at version 20 or higher and Git is available;
2. Verify if Python is at version 3.11+ (or if uv is installed);
3. Verify if ffmpeg is installed and accessible.
If a dependency is missing, give installation commands for my operating system and say where to run them. Recheck the versions after installation and tell me to proceed only when all checks pass.
Step-by-Step Production Walkthrough: The 30-Second Midnight Noodle Shop Example
Using the custom 30-second concept Midnight Noodle Shop, this walkthrough illustrates the complete interactive workflow from style selection to final delivery. This example uses the No. 14 Welsh Valley Gouache aesthetic, targeting standard 1920×1080 resolution at 24 fps.
Midnight Noodle Shop serves as an illustrative tutorial scenario; the prompts below are provided as request templates, and do not represent an already rendered film. When substituting your own narrative, preserve this exact sequence: inspect preview frames first, then proceed to full production.
Round 1: Original Style Prompt + "Render One Frame First"
Once you select a style, always test a single rendered frame first. Rendering a 30-second clip costs substantial time and tokens if underlying brush textures, color ratios, or character silhouettes miss the mark. Combine the original style prompt with your story concept and instruct the Agent to render one static frame in code.
You can use the interactive composer to test concepts, copy original style blocks, and format single-frame requests; to follow Midnight Noodle Shop directly, use the template below. Choose either language when sending.
Select an authentic style prompt and supply your own topic. The original prompt and single-frame request are separated below. This interactive composer assembles prompts and does not call AI or generate video directly.

English version:
[Complete Style Rules]
Opaque gouache after Welsh painter Kyffin Williams. Directional strokes 1/80-1/40 of frame width, 2-5 times as long, ragged, fully covering; broken dark dashes outline buildings, walls and ridges; dark hills flecked with lighter green or slate knife marks. Palette: sky and light pale gold #F1C565 (not mustard), fields green #86A03F, darks coal #1D1B1E, far hills and water slate #48505E, small accents yellow #F6CF2F, other colours mixed from these; the hero the story centres on #D97757, at least 1/8 of frame height. Fields and sky light (~60%), hills and buildings dark. Warm grade under 10%, vignette, grain. Default low late-afternoon side light: fields lit, ridges rim-lit. From high ground in true perspective, a path leading the eye down; small repeated buildings (or walls, rocks) stepping along slopes. Motion: looping smoke or cloud, a lateral track. Avoid: watercolour transparency, vector fills, mud.
[Single Frame Request]
Use the lemo-opuscar skill. Create the midnight-noodles project inside the current working folder and apply the Welsh Valley Gouache style above. Do not generate the full film yet; render a single static frame using real drawing code:
[Subject & Scene] A small noodle shop in a narrow alley on a wet night.
[Key Composition] The old chef Lao Li (wearing an apron in #D97757, occupying at least 1/4 of frame height) stands before a boiling pot lifting steaming noodles; a warm hanging lantern in pale gold (#F1C565) lights up the steam and wooden counter; outside are wet cobblestone streets in coal dark (#1D1B1E) and distant walls in slate blue (#48505E).
[Task] Write index.html to render this still. Report the absolute path of the rendered image and source code, without producing the full film yet. Maintain opaque gouache strokes and broken outlines, adapt lighting for a night scene, and avoid watercolor transparency or flat vector fills.
Evaluating Your Test Frame
Once executed, the Agent outputs the path of the rendered image in the terminal (for example, ~/Movies/lemo-first-film/midnight-noodles/stills/t_0.jpg; the actual path will match the Agent's output). On macOS, open Finder, press Command + Shift + G, paste the returned image path, press Return, and open it in Preview. If the Agent provides only a filename, ask it for the full absolute path. Inspect the frame against these criteria:
- Passing Criteria: Rising steam above the noodle pot features thick white and pale-gold impasto strokes with tangible knife texture; Old Li's silhouette is distinct, with clothing colored according to
#D97757; and despite the dark rainy night outside, the coal-black road and slate-blue walls retain readable tonal depth. - Failing Indicators: Steam renders as soft, translucent watercolor washes; characters and backgrounds turn into flat, uniform vector fills resembling plastic illustrations; or shadows degenerate into muddy, unreadable dark patches. If the frame fails, explain precisely which areas look soft or flat and have the Agent adjust that single frame.
Round 2: Story Script, Audio Cues, and Storyboard Request
Once the single frame satisfies your visual criteria, supply the Agent with the full narrative arc, pacing notes, and audio requirements. Explicitly request a composite storyboard of 6–9 key frames along with a written treatment (TREATMENT.md). Do not skip this review step.

1. 本例不需要旁白或对白,配乐采用民间拨弦乐器(物理建模),搭配环境雨声、沸水煮面拟音与风铃声;
2. 先为我生成包含 6–9 个关键镜头的故事板拼图(Storyboard)与 TREATMENT.md,汇报各镜头的景别与秒数规划;
English version:
The gouache texture and palette in the static frame look great! Please proceed to plan the 30-second short film "Midnight Noodles" using this style:
[Story Arc]
- Hook (0–3s): A quiet alley in the night rain; suddenly, the noodle shop's warm lantern lights up.
- Setup (3–18s): Lao Li kneads dough, boils water, and lifts steaming noodles; warm atmosphere builds up.
- Turn (18–24s): A weary commuter pushes open the door; the wind chime rings against the cold rain outside.
- Resolution (24–30s): Lao Li serves a hot bowl of noodles; the customer smiles; camera slowly pulls back, framing the warm glow over the alley.
[Audio & Directing]
1. No narration or dialogue is needed for this example. Use folk plucked string instruments for the score with ambient rain, boiling water foley, and a wind chime;
2. Generate a contact sheet storyboard with 6–9 key frames and TREATMENT.md, showing shot types and duration breakdown;
3. Pause here and wait for my approval before full rendering.
Evaluating Your Storyboard
10.2s · Character and Environment
16.9s · Chase Action
44.0s · Character ReactionThese three original frames illustrate character and setting, chase action, and character reaction in sequence. When evaluating your own storyboard, ensure you can trace the unfolding narrative and emotional progression across cuts. The Agent combines key frames into a contact sheet (such as storyboard.jpg). Verify:
- Variety in camera framing (wide shots establishing space, medium shots capturing characters, close-ups on noodle boiling; camera push, pull, and tracking that serve the story rather than relying on a single static vantage point);
- Consistent scale and visual proportions for characters and props across cuts, avoiding sudden shifts in size;
- Clear visual pacing around story turning points (such as the tired worker stepping through the door), giving the audience a momentary pause to absorb the shift.
Round 3: Production Approval and Deliverables Verification
Once satisfied with storyboard blocking and shot timing, issue the formal production instruction to the Agent:

故事板分镜与节奏确认无误,请正式启动全片合成:
1. 渲染输出标准 1920×1080、24 fps 的 30 秒 MP4 成片;
2. 完成配乐、拟音与多轨混音,将整片响度归一化至约 -14 LUFS;
3. 如有对白台词请同步导出对应时间轴的 .srt 字幕文件;
4. 交付物完整保留在当前工程目录下:MP4 成片、代表性高光海报 poster.jpg、TREATMENT.md、第三方素材声明 CREDITS、以及可以在本地重新执行构建的 build.sh;

The storyboard and pacing are approved. Please proceed to full film rendering:
1. Render a 30-second MP4 at standard 1920×1080, 24 fps;
2. Complete score synthesis, foley, and multi-track mastering normalized to ~-14 LUFS;
3. Export an aligned .srt subtitle file if there are voice lines;
4. Deliver all assets inside the project folder: final MP4, highlight poster.jpg, TREATMENT.md, CREDITS, and a reproducible build.sh;
5. Report the exact absolute file paths once completed.
Locating Generated Assets
Upon completion, the Agent reports your project directory (such as ~/Movies/lemo-first-film/midnight-noodles/). On macOS, open Finder, press Command + Shift + G, paste the returned directory path, and press Return. Open the MP4 file to review it from beginning to end, verifying motion fluidity, audio synchronization, and text legibility. A complete project package includes:
midnight-noodles.mp4: The final composite video with full music and sound design, ready for playback;poster.jpg: A hero poster frame captured from the film's strongest visual moment;midnight-noodles.srt: External subtitle file generated when dialogue or voiceover is present (this file may be omitted if your film has no spoken lines);TREATMENT.md: Creative treatment detailing stylistic benchmarks, second-by-second shot lists, camera rationale, and audio design charts;CREDITS: Manifest of synthesized audio libraries, fonts, and open-source licenses used;build.sh: Local rebuild script. To regenerate the video after editing the code, runsh build.shinside the project folder. You can also instruct the Agent: "Rebuild using this project's build.sh and provide the new file path."
Round 4: Surgical Revisions (Iterative Refinement)
The revision prompts below illustrate how to address potential issues in your rendered output. Raising brightness by 15% or extending a shot by 0.8 seconds are practical calibration baselines; always review test clips before committing. Extending a shot changes overall runtime; to preserve a strict 30-second duration, instruct the Agent to trim matching time elsewhere.
If you spot dim lighting, rushed motion, or audio drift at a specific timestamp, identify the exact issue and instruct the Agent to modify the corresponding code. Because the entire project is generated programmatically, every parameter on the timeline can be adjusted. State the timestamp and desired parameters clearly:

English version:
The overall film looks great! Please make targeted local adjustments to the code without altering other shots:
1. [Lighting]: The key light in the noodle cooking shot (6–10s) feels a bit dim. Increase the intensity of the pale-gold light pool (#F1C565) above the pot by 15% to enhance the rim light on the steam.
2. [Pacing]: The close-up shot of pushing open the door at 20s cuts too quickly. Extend this shot by 0.8s to give the swinging wind chime a clear visual pause, shifting subsequent cues accordingly.
3. [Audio Sync]: The foley for the bowl hitting the counter triggers about 6 frames (0.25s) too early. In timeline.js, delay this event by 0.25s to align exactly with the moment the bowl touches the wood.
After updating, execute build.sh to rebuild the film and report the new file path.
Troubleshooting Common Obstacles
If you hit a roadblock during your initial setup, stay calm and review these common solutions:
- Terminal reports
command not found: claude:- The installation may have failed to finish, or the terminal environment cannot find the binary in your PATH.
- Open a fresh terminal and run
claude --version; if it still fails, consult the Official Installation Troubleshooting to verify your installation path and shell PATH configuration.
- Claude Code responds conversationally without running filmmaking tools:
- Cause: The plugin did not load properly, or the current directory was not recognized.
- Fix: Type
/exitto exit, re-run both plugin installation commands in your system terminal to check for errors, then return to your project folder, launchclaude, and explicitly specify: "Please use the lemo-opuscar skill."
- The single frame looks great, but motion is stiff and jerky:
- A single frame only validates static rendering; continuous motion requires dedicated evaluation.
- Tell the Agent: "Output a few seconds of preview for this specific action sequence, verify that poses transition smoothly, and re-render the full film only once the motion is fixed."
- Voiceover generation fails or audio is missing:
- Cause: Chinese voiceover uses Microsoft Edge TTS by default, which fails if network connectivity drops; English offline Kokoro voiceover requires its local model weights to be downloaded.
- Fix: Check your network connection; alternatively, drop your own recorded
.wavaudio file directly into the project directory and instruct the Agent: "I have provided my own voiceover file; read it directly and align the timeline accordingly."
- On-screen titles or captions are obscured or flash by too quickly:
- Font scale, screen placement, or display duration may need adjustment.
- Tell the Agent: "Enlarge the text at second X, position it clear of characters, extend its duration so it can be read comfortably, run readcheck, and output this segment for review."
- Terminal outputs an English error block with exit code 1:
- Highlight the error output in your terminal, copy the final error block along with the immediate preceding commands, and paste them to the Agent so it can diagnose the point of failure.

Deconstructing Classic Prompts: Three Representative Case Studies
Why do certain prompts enable code to render such coherent artistic styles? The secret lies in rigorous technical specifications (brush stroke dimensions, exact hex codes, lighting ratios, and explicit negative constraints), rather than vague phrases like "oil painting look" or "cinematic masterpiece." Here is an analysis of three representative works:
Case Study 1: No. 14 How Green Was My Valley (Welsh Valley Gouache · 2D)
- Why It Works: The prompt explicitly prescribes the palette-knife technique of painter Kyffin Williams: brush stroke widths are strictly constrained to
1/80–1/40of canvas width, with lengths2–5times the width, and dark hills outlined with broken dark hatching. It specifies an exact color palette (pale gold#F1C565, coal black#1D1B1E, slate blue#48505E), assigns terracotta#D97757to the central character, and mandates that the character occupy at least one-eighth of frame height. Finally, it explicitly rules out "watercolor transparency, flat vector infill, and muddy darkness," giving the Agent precise physical paint characteristics to satisfy during previews.

Opaque gouache after Welsh painter Kyffin Williams. Directional strokes 1/80-1/40 of frame width, 2-5 times as long, ragged, fully covering; broken dark dashes outline buildings, walls and ridges; dark hills flecked with lighter green or slate knife marks. Palette: sky and light pale gold #F1C565 (not mustard), fields green #86A03F, darks coal #1D1B1E, far hills and water slate #48505E, small accents yellow #F6CF2F, other colours mixed from these; the hero the story centres on #D97757, at least 1/8 of frame height. Fields and sky light (~60%), hills and buildings dark. Warm grade under 10%, vignette, grain. Default low late-afternoon side light: fields lit, ridges rim-lit. From high ground in true perspective, a path leading the eye down; small repeated buildings (or walls, rocks) stepping along slopes. Motion: looping smoke or cloud, a lateral track. Avoid: watercolour transparency, vector fills, mud.
Case Study 2: No. 45 The Godfather (Rembrandt Top-Light Oil Painting · 2D)
- Why It Works: Modeled on cinematographer Gordon Willis's overhead lighting design. The prompt dictates that "approximately 70% of the canvas consists of warm, legible shadow" (umber
#24150B, with deep black#070403reserved strictly for deep corners), placing the protagonist in a pool of downlight that casts eye sockets into heavy shadow. The entire frame allows only one saturated red accent (#9C1A1A), combining thin glazing in shadows with textured impasto highlights, and strictly forbids "brightening shadows, flat lighting, or faces popping out," generating powerful dramatic tension on a 2D canvas.

English version (prompt_en):
Chiaroscuro oil painting after Rembrandt and Caravaggio, one overhead light. About 70% of the frame is readable warm dark, mostly umber #24150B, near-black #070403 only in the deepest corners. Amber #8F5D2A mid-tones about 20%; top planes reach #E2B673. The hero stands in the light pool, lit area at least 1/4 of frame height; brows shade the eyes. One red accent #9C1A1A. Darks thin smooth glazes; lights thick impasto, ridged strokes about 1/100 of frame width; modelling soft, never scratchy. Amber varnish, heavy vignette, canvas grain (±3%). A warm bright opening (window, doorway, horizon) may glow behind; a small lamp in frame is a small glow, not a second key. Camera: slow pull-backs and pushes. Reference: Francis Ford Coppola, *The Godfather* (1972), cinematographer Gordon Willis. Avoid: lifting the darks, flat light, faces popping out, frames too dark to read.
Case Study 3: No. 92 Parasite (Architectural Section Axonometric · 2D)
- Why It Works: Social stratification is visualized through architectural elevation. The prompt enforces a low-angle dimetric projection (7° horizontal axis, 42° depth axis), stripping away roof and near walls to reveal internal living spaces. Cut surfaces are filled with concrete aggregates, and lines remain 1-pixel gray strokes regardless of zoom level. Night scenes are handled by "multiplying 30–40% moonlight blue and tinting lit rooms with warm interior light," with the camera tracking vertically along the cross-section to contrast living strata.

English version (prompt_en):
Vector section axonometric, low dimetric view: the cut face lies along the near-flat 7° axis, facing us, depth along the 42° axis at half scale; roof and near walls cut away to show the rooms. Cut through the subject's place (a house, a tower, a ship, a hillside). Poché on cut faces: dark concrete with aggregate, earth hatched at 45° with stones. 1 px dark-grey lines at every zoom. Default daylight under a pale sky: concrete #b3ada2, oak #d6b58a, charcoal #3e4146, pine #3f6b3e, white walls, green lawn, translucent blue water. Furnished rooms, simple scale figures. Night or other low light is a variation: multiply 30–40% moonlit blue, lit rooms painted back warm. Crane slowly framing 2–3 rooms along one continuous path; end on the whole drawing at ~80% of the frame. Avoid: 30° isometric, thick outlines, cuts between levels, a small drawing.
Under the Hood: How Code Transforms into Video

- Shared Rules and Toolchains vs. Independent Projects:
~/lemo-opuscar: A global shared library managed by the plugin, holding standard directing rules (DIRECTOR.md), rendering tools (core/), and style definitions. All projects share this repository, preventing gigabytes of audio samples and dependencies from re-downloading with each new film.<your-film-name>/: An isolated workspace created for every individual production. All source scripts (index.html), timeline configs (timeline.js), posters, subtitle tracks, and final MP4 files live here, making future edits and rebuilds straightforward.
- Pure Functional Frame-by-Frame Capture:
Every frame in the document is defined via
window.render(t)as a deterministic function of timestamp t. Uncontrolled non-deterministic functions likeDate.now()are prohibited, and all procedural effects rely on seeded pseudo-random algorithms. Headless Chromium spawns parallel worker processes that calculate elapsed time from frame index and framerate, capture sequential JPEG snapshots, and stream them via pipe directly into ffmpeg for video encoding. While JPEG employs lossy compression, strict determinism guarantees reproducible frames; overall visual quality remains tied to the underlying drawing code. - A Unified Timeline Driving Audio and Visuals:
All visual animations, musical beats, dialogue timings, and synthesized Foley effects draw from a single synchronized timeline configuration (
timeline.js). As a teaching example: if a teacup lands on the floor at second 3.0, the canvas coordinates reach ground contact at precisely 3.0 seconds, the audio engine triggers an impact impulse at 3.0 seconds, and a musical accent lands at the same moment. Use this timeline to verify that visuals and audio land in unison.
Time, Compute, and Hardware Budgeting
- Production Time per Film: According to the official documentation, producing a 30- to 60-second short film—including code authoring, self-checking multiple sample frames, and fine-tuning audio—typically requires 30 to 60 minutes, accompanied by multiple code iterations and notable token consumption. For projects longer than 2 to 3 minutes, generation time and compute requirements scale up considerably.
- Real-World Compute Consumption: The author shared that producing the complete 6-minute, 31-second Opuscar 98 consumed approximately 60% of a Claude Max tier's weekly usage quota (described by the author as "60% of a single Max 20 account's weekly allowance").
- Hardware Recommendations: Begin by generating a single static frame and a short action preview to evaluate rendering throughput. Heavy 3D scenes and shader passes require GPU support, though the project guide does not mandate a discrete graphics card for all styles.
- Open-Source Licensing: The core framework is distributed under the MIT license. Real instrument soundfonts, open-source typefaces, and offline speech models follow their respective original licenses (such as OFL, CC0, CC BY). All third-party dependencies must be cataloged in the project's
CREDITSfile; creators remain fully responsible for the intellectual property of their own story scripts and custom artwork.
