As AI makes building features increasingly cheap, what product teams genuinely lack is shared mission, clear decision rights, and people who can simultaneously embody Confidence × Humility, Process × Chaos, and Long-Term Patience × Daily Action.

Figure Releases Helix 2.5: A Humanoid Robot Walks Into 30 Homes It Has Never Seen and Tidies Living Rooms, Makes Beds and Folds Towels

The key lies in Index human experience data: using the exact same robot task data, a model pretrained on Index fully completed 56% of trials across 30 unfamiliar homes, compared to only 8% without pretraining. Figure also measured a scaling curve showing that as human data doubles, robot action prediction consistently improves.

Tencent Open-Sources WeChat End-to-End Document Parsing Model WeVisDoc: Direct Markdown Output from a Single Image

Tencent's WeChat Vision Team has open-sourced two document parsing models (2B and 4B) that take a full-page image and directly output Markdown with LaTeX formulas and HTML tables. While it ranks first across all four evaluations within the end-to-end group, its top overall score on PureDocBench is driven primarily by formulas and tables—its plain text recognition is not the strongest. When compared against all models (three groups combined), it still ranks first on clean pages and digitally degraded pages, but trails two pipeline systems on OmniDocBench and two general LLMs on real camera-captured pages. Training is split into two stages: broad coverage first, followed by residual error analysis to distinguish between missing data and insufficient training.
